Crusader’s visit Rapaura School. Thanks to Isaac Construction and Moutere RC

We were absolutely spoilt today with a visit from Matt Todd, Quinten Strange and Andrew Makalio who play for Canterbury Crusader team.  The guys were only too happy to answer questions, sign the flags and  rugby balls Isaac Construction kindly donated to the school and supply each child and staff with a sausage sizzle.

A huge thanks goes to Kim Mansia and Quintin Rolston  from Isaac Construction, Laurin Gane and Dave McCormick from Moutere Rugby Club for organising and overseeing the visit.  We appreciate the group are busy with training so time out to visit us was gratefully received.

Here are some photos from the visit:

The first photo is of Matt with the broccoli, as one of the questions were, “What is your favourite vegetable?”  Matt answered, “Broccoli!”  Before the questions went much further, Matt received a broccoli head from our school garden.

Q&A time: Andrew Makalio, Matt Todd and Quinten Strange.
