Y5 and Y6 boys. Final contenders!

6 teams, 46 children, represented Rapaura School on 28 November at the inter-school football tournament.  Students from Y2 – 6 were sent along.  I managed to capture a few teams as they shared their skills and talents.  One of the main skills of the day was to build resilience and adapt their attitudes with the best ways to strategically cope with the ongoing gusts of wind.
Thanks to the many parents who supported the teams as coaches, managers and transporters.  Thanks to Giselle for organisation and Jane for supporting a team.
There were some great results from the day particularly our Y5 and Y6 team who came up against one another in the FINAL.  The Y5 boys team scored first but the Y6 came through to win the Y5/6 final 4-1.  Well done to all teams.
