As the sun shone down upon us, thousands Marlborough citizens showed respect to one of New Zealand’s most remembered times in history.  People marched, firing party sounded, and people spoke and sang.  The stories of the past were shared by the distinguished guests, many unnerving for the audience.  Wreaths were laid, and a special thanks to Amber W and Natasha H for laying Rapaura School’s wreath.

Lest we forget.
