Anastasia Brown visited Rapaura School on Wednesday 17 May to support and teach the chess team some new moves and strategies.
Anastasia started her chess playing as a 5 year old in England.  From there her family moved to Blenheim where she continued playing chess.  She also took part in the local tournaments that our team is participating in next Friday 26 May. She has many titles to her name from local and national tournaments.
We thank Anastasia for her visit and the support she gave to the students.
