Molly received a big envelope today from Starship acknowledging the red hearts Rapaura School sent to them during Heart Week.
We also received an email from Molly’s mum, Michelle, who had received a message from Starship acknowledging what Rapaura School had done. The message read:
“We have received the cards Rapaura School have made for the children and they were overwhelmed by the beautiful messages and the effort in which the cards were made.”
They said they have displayed the cards on the noticeboards, that run along the walls through the tunnel for the general public to see.
(I think this is the tunnel where Auckland Hospital and Starship connect)
All the staff on Ward 23B The Children’s Heart Ward wanted to Thank Rapaura School for the wonderful card & wished Molly well 😄
What a lovely way to recognise the thoughtfulness of our students, ka pai everyone.
