The Y5/6 children from Tua Marina, Spring Creek, Grovetown, Blenheim School and Rapaura Schools came together to collaboratively work in a group to locate the 20 orienteering points along the Taylor River. A map had been created by Marlborough Orienteering Club and the children thoroughly enjoyed it. The day highlighted many key competencies being used and new friendships between the schools. A reporter came and captured the children working together as they solved the questions.
