The sun was shining, guns were poised, water tanks were filled and the fire truck was ready. 1.30pm the bell rang which alerted the two teams to commence. The water guns, water balloons and buckets of water were launched and 30 minutes later there wasn’t a dry person in sight.
This year we were very grateful to the exRapaura students who returned to help the staff out and the large number of parents. We also had Tony and Mark providing extra water from the Base and tanks from Rural Fire depot. What a great tradition this is!
