Our senior boys, tamaiti tane, welcomed Charlie S back to the Gifford Room to share his writing.  The welcome Charlie received, illustrates the respect and the mana he has amongst the students of Rapaura School.  The visit was part of the Marlborough School’s writing week.

Now things are getting really exciting with the roof on the new learning area.  The staff have chosen colours for the carpet and Autex for the walls. The fun has begun.

This is how our day started today!  The hoist is lifting the trusses and the frames waiting on the truck.  The progress is exciting and we wait to see the next stage happen.

Another very proud moment for Rapaura School as we supported 22 students as they represented our school.  The conditions became quite wet and cold but this certainly didn’t affect the attitudes of the students.  Unfortunately I missed the first couple of races so photos attached are Y6 and up.
