24 enthusiastic, keen mountain bikers competed today against 16 other schools to come home with second place. Thank you to Seddon School for organising another great event. Thank you to the parents who supported with transporting and cheerleading. Well done everyone. Once again I was a very proud principal.

REACH
Welcome back to Term 4, 2015. Kate and the extension art group have been busy working and making first designs of our new logo and branding. We are looking at the word REACH. The children will unpack and introduce this to you in the near future once we have finalised things.
Three clever athletes
Luke, Victoria and Pippa ran as members of the Tasman Cross Country team at inter-regional Cross Country championships. Teams from Tasman, Canterbury, South Canterbury and Wellington were competing. The talent and skill of all runners was exceptional. We are very proud to have three students from Rapaura School.

Following O’Dwyer Room’s school camp at Lake Rotoiti they came back to school experimenting with ways to fend of those pesky sandflies that they experienced during camp.
